Currently no vaccinations are required for entry to the USA or Canada but it is advisable to contact your doctor before departure.
It is the individual responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have correct documentation to enter any of the countries featured on their itinerary.
Persons with incorrect documentation may be denied boarding by the airline or deported upon arrival.
In the case of passengers who are not British Citizens and/or not of UK origin, some visa/health requirements may differ in detail.
BAGGAGE:
Your airline baggage allowance is two suitcases per person (except infants). The maximum linear dimensions of each suitcase (length + height + width) is 62 inches (158 centimetres) and the maximum weight of each piece is 50 lbs (23 kilograms). One piece of cabin baggage is permitted provided it is suitable for storage in an overhead locker or under an aircraft seat. The maximum size and weight of hand baggage permitted in the aircraft cabin varies by airline.
FLIGHTS/FLIGHT TIMES:
Aircraft types can be advised at the time of booking. Operational requirements may necessitate changes of flight equipment. Some flights may be operated by affiliate airlines utilising a “codeshare” arrangement.
Flight times will be advised on your confirmation invoice. Seasonal and operational changes may necessitate alterations to flight times and you will be advised of changes as soon as they are known.

HOTELS:
The term "hotel" also includes local classifications such as motel, inn, lodge, etc. All of the featured hotels offer rooms with a queen sized bed or two twin (double) beds.
Double or twin rooms may contain only one double bed. Customers requiring separate beds should specifically request this at time of booking. Separate beds are on request only and cannot be guaranteed. Triple and quad rooms usually contain two double beds.
At most hotels up to two children under 12 years of age are accommodated free of charge when sharing their parents' room, provided existing bedding is utilised. The age for children may be higher at some locations. Special rates are usually available when a 3rd or 4th adult shares a room. Rollaway beds can be requested at most hotels; the cost is usually $6-$10 plus tax per night. A crib (cot) is available at most locations at no charge although some hotels may charge up to $10 plus tax per night. Rollaway and crib charges are payable direct to the hotel at check-in.
Rooms have air conditioning, ensuite toilet facilities with bath/shower, telephone, TV and radio. Note: Some National Park and other lodges and some hotels in our voucher programmes may not include some of these facilities.
There is no official grading system for hotels in North America. We have based our classifications upon those published in the Official Hotel Guide and the experience of ourselves and our suppliers.
| Deluxe: outstanding hotel offering the highest standards of service, accommodation and facilities. | |
| Superior: moderate deluxe or superior first class hotel. | |
| First Class: hotel with dependable, comfortable accommodations, public areas and amenities. | |
| Moderate: moderate first class or superior tourist hotel with generally comfortable accommodation and public areas; may be lacking in some features (for example, restaurant) | |
| Tourist: budget property with generally well kept accommodation and public areas. |
